I love sobol, but the workers at this location can be lazy sometimes. They argue that they can?t make their smoothies from... scratch because they are all premade in the morning. It sucks because they refuse to remove specific ingredients that I?mallergic to. Banana, spinach, etc. They?re nice, but I just wish they could make exceptions for people with allergies especiallywhen I?m the only customer and there?s no line behind me. Read more

I ordered from this place a couple times, and everything was alright. This time my order was made incorrectly. I clearly... specified that I did not want banana added to my order and that I was allergic to bananas, yet it was still added. Whencontacting the store, I barley received any help at all. The girl on the phone just went back and forth with me saying thatthere is no bananas added, when it clearly says there is bananas in the description of item I ordered.
