I am an ice bear. Normally I eat spotted seals in the wild. When I?m on land? I go to Vinoco in Mineola where Chef Carlos Roman... creates the most delicious dishes. We picked up a bunch of dishes for New Years and everything was ready on time and pipinghot! And then? we devoured everything. Meat lovers platter was seasoned perfectly. His empanadas?? Don?t get me started. Iwould turn human to eat these more often. The KFC Bao Bun was perfectly crispy. Rice and beans, maduros, yuca and potatoes allinsanely delicious. But wait!! There?s more. As a self described foodie, this was one of the best food experiences I have ever had. The creativity that Carlos is able to... express through his menu is on a different level than most. Carlos is an incredibly amicable character. He and his staff caredabout our experience and it made a difference. I would tell anyone and everyone to make the time to get here and try a bite ofeverything! The tapas style menu is set up for it.
