We came in a little late, I just got off work and didn't want to cook. So happy to see them open still. The cashier was very... helpful when we asked for suggestions. The food was fast and very fresh. The restaurant was so clean. We will definately becoming back in the future. I wish all Mcdonald's were as good as this one in Mineola Texas. Read more
Went to grab a quick bite while running errands in the area. Went through the drive through, got a happy meal and a $3 bundle... with nuggets and fries. Only got the fries. So I said something to the lady at the window. She asked for my receipt, then wentand stood next to someone away from the window, came back a few minutes later and asked for my bag. I had already moved thefries from the happy meal in the bag with the other fries, she stuck her hand in my bag moving stuff around, handed me the bagback with another bag of just nuggets. Now I don?t want to eat the fries because you just shoved your hand in my bag when you?renot the cook or kitchen crew. You work the window. They literally always forget something every time I go here. Shoving yourhand in my bag was the icing on the cake. Let?s try and be more sanitary. Hire better staff or teach them not to do dumb stufflike that. There?s only so many options in this area. Read more
Employees on day shift do not know correct sizes for soft drinks. Ordered a small (16oz). soda. Was served it in a 12oz cup... stated for specialty drinks. I love McDonald's, however drive thru needs help. Some get to order before you and you were there first..same young Hispanic... girl at window and she is rude, what happen to customers service..but most importantly we're did our steak baggel go it was myfavorite and everyone I talk to says same thing Read more
