I visited there during the week right at 11:30. Walked right in, sat right down. The first thing to arrive was chips and two... varieties of salsa. I was well pleased to be served that quick! I had the fajitas and so did my wife. The waitress wasexcellent, chips and salsa and water NEVER WENT EMPTY. This was some of the best service I've received since the time "beforecovid". We will definitely be going back to Mineola for lunch there. Don't waste your time at Posada's in Lindale. Only oneminor drawback. The ice cream machine wasn't working. Read more

We usually visit this restaurant 2-3 times a month but recently as a party of 3, we waited 25 min. outside in 102° heat with my... 85 yr. mother at 5pm. We finally were seated and then waited another 30 min. without seeing a waiter or being checked on. Got upand left to go to another nearby restaurant. Their service has really gone downhill. Food was good, but nothing to get excited about, tables are packed to close for comfort, not really any walking room without... someone bumping into you, the waitress we had was friendly and kept checking on us, even while their pretty busy. I did see anemployee who just got through cleaning a table and using dirty rags. turn around and pour chips into a warmer without washinghis hands or putting on gloves. Read more

Had dinner while traveling. Great lil spot. Loved the salsa and sauces. Meals were hot and fresh and service was friendly.
They were short staffed, but didnt let that hinder their timely manner or kindness. Customized food was correct. Only reason for... the three star atmosphere is cause it is always so damn loud in there. If you have a sensory processing disorder with noise likei do, wear some noise canceling headphones.
