First of all the, food is great here. I?ve had carry out and dined in; unfortunately, the service was completely the opposite.... No one at the table was able to get their water refilled for 40 minutes. The food took a while which was to be expected for adinner rush, when we finally got the waitresses attention for refills she said our food should be done and then she proceeded tocontinue bartending without ever checking the kitchen. The table in front of me waited 35 minutes for to go boxes and a checkand my experience was similar. The restaurant was cold. Overall the experience was disappointing and frustrating as I reallylike the food but will probably just stick to carry out. I had half a double decker club and half a burger as well as mail truckapp sampler. Also the glazed Brussels sprouts are amazing. PS. First off, I almost always take photos before eating but it looked so good I started to eat and went ?wait I need to take a... picture? my first experience was a wonderful one. We started with the buffalo Mac n cheese and the pizza logs. Let me say thebuffalo Mac n cheese is amazing. The portion size, with the delectable cheese sauce. Topped with a nice crispy chicken tossed isbuffalo sauce. Then I orders the pulled pork sandwhich with sweet potato fries and a side of cornbread. My boyfriend got theturkey club. He loved his food, and so did I. The cornbread was probably the best I ever had, with a soft center but a nicecrispy outside almost crust like (I actually used a little bit of the cinnamon butter from my fries on it and *chefs kiss*).Also the best sweet potato fries I have ever had. I was so full by then i didn?t even touch my sandwhich. I ate it later at homeand my leftovers were still great. The pork tasted like it had been smoked, which was impressive. Overall great 1st experience! Waitress was friendly and tentative. Food was about an A-, however tasted good! The Buffalo... Mac-N-Cheese was lacking any heat, and a side of their Buffalo sauce was the same. The burger was quite good ???? My wife'sBuffalo Chicken Wrap had no heat as well, rather disappointing. The pros for this spot are the friendly and attentive waiters, the parking, the cleanliness and the nice selection of veggies... and dishes healthy eaters will appreciate. It's a bit sterile looking with decor that honestly does look quite a bit like alocal post office. My date ordered a stir fry with steak and sweet chili sauce, which was good. I ordered a pasta primavera dishthat was pretty bland with overcooked noodles. We also had an appetizer plate of pierogi that was bland and overcooked IMHO, butjust perfect in my companion's opinion. I would try it again and order something different. The friendliness of the staff reallysaved the evening, and I would go back again just for them. There was a live band there tonight, The Tropiholics, and theyplayed cheerful Jimmy Buffett covers. All in all not a bad night. Read more
As a new customer, I'm a little disappointed with the food I got tonight. I've been wanting wings for months, and I've been... wanting to the the post office for months as well. I called and made a phone order for 2 of the wing specials and a side ofveggies. I got there a few minutes early. The food smelled wonderful when I picked it up. But after getting home (I'm about a 10minute drive from the location) and sitting down to eat after a long day of work the food had a bit of a fishy off taste /smell. My wings specifically were way over done. The flats were super crunchy and almost like jersey. My dad's wings weren't asbad as mine were but his were pretty salty. I was even disappointed about the veggies that I did pay extra for. The carrots hadan odd flavor and the celery was straight up mushy. To be fair, they were busy. Which is what gave me high hopes my food wasgonna be good. With that being said, I do plan on trying them again one more time. Just for the benefit of the doubt. The staffwas very nice. The bartender was nice and was also very quick to bring my check. And the guy who took my order on the phone wasvery kind. Read more
