Popular place, but they refuse to change their hours to what they actually are. It says confirmed hours by phone several days... before this post for open 24 hrs, but they are no longer open past 10pm. It's extremely misleading, and if it wasn't for theMcdonald's app having a failsafe for mobile order payments, you would have a lot of people placing orders for food they can'tget when they show up. I give this particular location a thumbs down for customer service. I was not impressed how she "coached" what seemed to be a... new employee on sauces and what to give. I gladly said I would pay extra. But then manager proceeded to give me one of the 3sauces I asked for. I had 2 happy meals so all i need to pay for was 1. It's the way she handled it and the staff is justunder trained but if she was a Manager she should have helped the young lady sooner than when/how she did. The only reason I go here is because Mineral Wells doesn't necessarily have the best places to grab a quick bite. I always get... the vibe that this place is not that clean behind the counters but its only a vibe and not necessarily based on any facts. Asfood goes McDonald's is pretty much the same everywhere and good for an emergency bite. Read more
