We ordered online and somehow were charged double ($42 x 2). The check out girl caught it and let us know. She said we when we... pick the order up it could be taken care of. When we came in to get the order another worker said there was nothing they coulddo. She was actually a bit combative from the get go. I asked for at minimum a gift card to use later for the extra amount wewere charged and we wouldntbworyy about the refund. She said they do not do that. The manager was off so I asked if she wouldcall me when she returned to work so we could discuss. It has been 2 weeks with no call back. We are out $42! Simple lack ofcustomer service inside the store will keep us from coming back plus the food was below average. Will get our wings somewhereelse. This review doesn't matter because wing stop does not monitor reviews and definitely does not put the customer first. Read more

Chicken was good. Fries I agree with j_m f was like sugar was put on fries..sugar doesn't belong on fries ppl & a bit too much... salt also. Will try one more time but will have to see how that goes. Read more
Changing to 5 stars! Last couple of visits has been a good experience. Seems the new store break-in has ended and things are... much better. Staff is super nice, food has been good, regular customer now. Read more

My only problem with this place is the slow service, and over priced chicken! Your food is not worth what you are selling it for... wingstop!. YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO RE-EVALUATE YOUR HIGH PRICE CHICKEN!! I can make better at home and for cheaper! What is italmost $15 for a combo meal, for that price I would just rather go to chilis. Read more
