Service is lacking and very minimal. No front person since there is a kiosk for orders. But then they're all confused as to... who's order belongs to who. Kiosk doesn't print out a ticket with order number. Rude kids left unattended, not the employeesfault for lack of parenting in this general area Read more

Typical McDonald's. I know it's fast food & for the most part they do their best with the employee's, but this is a major issue... with most McD's. The orders are 60% correct of the time. The other 40%, you end up having to go in & get your order fixed towhat you ordered. Read more
I sat in the drive thru for 40 min. And they are always slow, I mean really really slow every time you go there. Last time I... went there, Some guy backed into my car trying to get out of the drive thru line. It's that bad???? It's so bad that if you onlyhave a half hour for lunch. Don't go there, You WONT have enough time. The fact that they just put in a second drive thru laneis absolutely absurd. Especially when it's obvious that you can't handle the first lane. A suggestion on where to start. Hiresome competent employees McDonald's. That would help alot. But whatever you have to do. Get it together. Just all aroundBAD???? And it's a consistent bad. Very efficient. Good service. The fish sandwich was fresh, not sitting under a warming light. The fries were cooked just right... and they were fresh and hot. The drink was not watery from sitting. This is the first McDonald's that I have received a mealworth eating! 3 cheers for Minerva McDonald's!! Thank you for a great meal! Read more
