We had the duck and ribeye, both were delicious. Thomas was our server and very nice and attentive! Drinks were strong.

Hands the worst restaurant I've eaten at in years. Maybe ever. Exorbitant prices coupled with poor service, small portions and... just really bad food. The first night I asked for the Bank burger with truffle fries medium rare. I got a hard hockey puck, completely overcooked and fries that didn't taste of truffle one bit. My table mate had asked for no tomato on hers. Of coursethere was a tomato slice on her equally overcooked burger. The following evening, not trusting the dinner menu, we ordered thecharcuterie platter for $21, figuring they couldn't screw that up. We were wrong. The platter consisted of some apricots, raisins, pickles, olives ( which were the only redeeming factor), a stake piece of bread and some slices of bologna. BOLOGNA!Oh and a weird blob of something purple. My friend ordered a cup of vegetable soup which was literally the smallest portion ofsoup I've ever seen. Lukewarm with several pieces of veggies. I would never eat there again. Although the Moscow Mule wasdelicious. Service was subpar, very slow. Unfriendly bordering on rude. Read more

What a fun venue for a stop before theater night downtown! Enjoy a great meal, inside the bank, with beautiful glass, unique... wood carvings and more. Although the menu is small, food was well prepared and delicious. Those at my table enjoyed their meal, but agreed that the food needed to be served hot, not luke warm. Drinks were lovely, but weak and the ice quickly melted downthe flavor. The wine list was way over priced, too. More summertime martinis needed to be on their drink menu. We had goodservice and enjoyed our evening at the "Bank". Read more

We had family coming in for the holidays and my uncle wanted to eat out one night to give my wife a break from dishes and... cooking. We were pleased to find a reservation for 10 on open table. Not being familiar with the location or menu we werepleased to find multiple option available for all the picky eaters in our group. The appetizer selection was good with manyoptions and the key was our waiter who kept reminding us if we saw something we didn?t like or had questions about swappingthings ?he knew people? and would take care of it. So salads were delivered with dressing on the sides and steaks werebutterflied and the salmon was delivered with the glazing on the side. (He was right, it was a lot sweeter than I would haveappreciated on a wonderful filet of fish). Top this all off with having our own private room with adjustable Lighting and musicvolume controls (we all seemed to adjust one or both). I can?t say enough about the attention and service and again really lovethe diversity on the menu. Read more

The service was slow but I think it was mainly a management issue. 2 server's for the dining could not keep up. Yet there were 2... and sometimes 3 bartenders doing pretty much nothing. Out actual server was nice, polite and apologetic (Thomas). To the food.My dish of ribeye, twice baked potato and sautéed mushrooms was very good. My wife's seafood pasta dish was not very good atall. Which included some of her shrimp still had the tail on it. We personally would not go again unless the place changes. Read more

My sister and I wanted to have a fabulous meal before our show at The Orpheum. We were browsing through Open Table and this... place really appealed to me. It looks beautiful and very historic. The menu looked great as well. We walked in at 530 on aSaturday night. I was very surprised to find no other diners on a Saturday evening. Yes, it was early, but was still surprised. Our server was attentive, bordering on hovering and intrusive. The food was served beautifully, but flavor was lacking and itwas very underwhelming. We were there almost 2 hours and at no other time did any other diners arrive. A couple people sat atthe bar for a short period of time, but that's it. BANK is beautiful and I would possibly go back for the beautiful atmosphere. It is located inside of The Westin hotel. And that's what the food reminded me of...mediocre hotel food. Read more
