Waffles and coffee are delicious as always however this isn?t the best spot if you?re looking for a nice place to study.
Ugh I love this place. We were here years ago and it's still the best ever! The waffles are divine and the coffee is insane!... They have vegan/gluten free options too which is really nice. They didn't even chince on the portions with all the crazyinflation stuff right now. It's a super inclusive place and the vibes are great. I recommend going really early because it getsa lot busier later on. We'll definitely be back! Read more
My girlfriend and I decided to stop by and give this place a try after they were closed a few weeks before during their regular... hours. We each order ordered Iced Lattes along with one waffle each. My latte was extremely disappointing as it was still warmafter the ice melted not 1 minute after receiving it. The taste was extremely mediocre and burnt. Certainly not worth the $7 perdrink. My waffle, the Strawberry cream cheese was surprisingly well done with no complaints other than the price which is stillstandard as far as Minneapolis goes. All in all, a breakfast for 2 (1 drink and one waffle each) set me back $47 dollars whichis rather hard to justify for the quality. In retrospect I would have taken us back to Honour Coffee or at the very least theDinky Town Starbucks. I would rate this visit a 3.5/5 if not for the terrible coffee. went in on Labour day and only one person working at the front (taking orders and making drinks) and another as the server. wait... was not too bad, and we waited a while for our food. the waffles were pretty decent, but i found the whipped cream and sugar waytoo sweet. would want to try a savoury option next time. The food and drink tasted great and the place is really nicely decorated as well! It was slow so everything came out pretty... quick for us too. It?s a good place to hang out with your friends and chat. However the service wasn?t the kindest and waspretty short with us. Besides that everything was alright and the waffles were good as well as the lavender lemonade. Sooverall, I would come back here but I would be a bit wary of the staff. Read more
Hands down one of the best cafe's in this neighborhood! I've all positives for this one. 1) wifi has an amazing speed and I was... able to easily work. 2) Best waffles, tried out strawberry cheesecake and the naughty waffle. Had lunch here today and I was so impressed with the quality of food and service! I am dairy free and sensitive to caffeine and... even though they didn't have decaf espresso the worker went out of his way to make me a special decaf pour-over so I could trythe maple almond latte. And the vegan waffle was incredible, couldn't tell any difference! Read more
