The western brisket sandwich is probably the best bagelwich I've ever had. Service is fast and the staff are friendly as can be.
The staff are amazing even though they are short staffed and have a long line, super friendly and work to get us through the... line as fast as we can. Only issue is I won?t be going back to this brueggers or any brueggers that is charging extra 20 centsfor blueberry, Rosemary, or cinnamon sugar bagels?. Absolutely ridiculous they are charging extra for certain bagels? extra 20cents for a blueberry????? I bought a dozen and had to be charged 20 cents extra each for 7 bagels in my order. Just raise thebagel prices then if you have to be so cheap. As someone who worked at brueggers they make enough money but continue to godownhill because they are trying to maximize profit over the customer experience and quality of service/product. Gross, I planon going to a local bagel shop I cannot support this increase in prices for some of the most simple bagels on their menu. Read more
This Bruggers location clearly changed management a couple of years ago and has been excellent ever since. Was just reminded of... this this morning when I picked up sandwiches. The staff is fast and friendly, and the manager even does a great job ofupselling with coffee or other items without going over the top. Great job, keep it up. Read more
I?ve been going to the location for 5 years while living in North Loop and NE. I love ordering ahead and they always have my... food ready along with my coffee. The manager with the blonde hair (don?t know her name) is the of the best! She always makessure every customer is being handled in a timely manner. She also is friendly and greets everyone with a smile! She keeps/helpsall the other workers stay up to speed when things get chaotic. I don?t have anything bad to say about this Brueggers. Picked up the Bakers Bundle this morning. It wasn?t as busy as usual so I got in and out fairly quickly. The Bakers Bundle is an... excellent deal with 13 bagels of your choice and 2 - 6.5 oz tubs of cream cheese for $16. The bagels are delish. Easily as goodas the bagels I got in NYC. The service was also great. My savory bagels were packed separate from the sweet bagels?? And thecashier saved me $ by suggesting the Bakers Bundle. A great way to start my day. Read more
