The service here was worse than terrible, if that?s possible. Walked in to picked up two to-go orders and absolutely ZERO... employees at the cashier desk but I was a patient and waited. After 7-10 min of no one, I walked into the restaurant and went tothe bar. No bartender. Waited again another 5 min or so and NO ONE. I finally saw a waiter and walked over to him for help andtold him I had been waiting up front for a long time and then again at the bar. His response ? the cashier is probably downbagging orders?. I said could you please help and possibly go d to check? His reply, no. They should be up soon. So I went backup front. In that time several customers had come in and waited and turned around and left the restaurant. The cashier finallyarrives. I show her my phone for the names of the orders I?m waiting for and her reply. ? they are not ready yet!? I said do youhave any kind of ETA on when they will be ready? Her response, ?no?! Not a hey let me go check on that for you or it should onlybe a few more minutes. Just ?no?! She was not only snarky and rude and absolutely no smile with anyone. Then after waitingalmost 20 min she tells me they don?t even have the 2nd order and I could place it but it wouldn?t be priority and I would haveto wait 30 minutes. I mean what the heck?! There was almost no staff at all. You had to order everything from your phone which should seem convenient, however it left us... feeling cold and disconnected from others which is the point of going out. We ordered two orders of the boneless wings, 2burgers, and onion rings. Drinks were also ordered. They had run out of ice so the water came warm. The boneless wings came tothe table barely room temperature, the breading was hard like it was sitting under heat lamps for 20 minutes or more, and thechicken inside was pitiful. It took me 3 minutes to find someone to bring this up to and an additional 5 for the manager to becalled and to show up. When the manager finally showed up, she was unconcerned with the food issue we had. She stood thereblankly staring at me like I was bothering her. I asked if we could get another order or something off on the bill. Instead sheoffered coupons. When she finally got back with the coupons, she dropped them at the table and bolted to who knows where. Theworst part is the coupons are only good for this single location. That's nearly worthless due to the horrendous service receivedtoday. This is the coldest I've ever felt eating at buffalo wild wings and to be honest it made a huge impact on my view of theentire company. If this is where the service industry is headed just go out of business and do us all a favor. Read more

Mobile ordering was dystopian. The employees didn't want to exchange any words with us. The bar speed to pour beers was average,... but the employees moved at a glacial pace to get the beers from the bar to the table. This used to be a fantastic place to gofor a late night meal/beer. I'm bummed the quality of service dropped this much in the last 2 months. Read more

The current roster of reviews currently outlined under this establishment stink to high hell of corporate espionage/purchased... rating tanking. This is one of the most well oiled BWW in the region, if not the best. Immediate waiting staff attention andwarm fresh dishes are a staple. Not stingy with sauce like other locations. Sorry have to change my review as I ordered a 20/20 bundle, fries, 6 ranch, 1 blue cheese, 1 carrot and I received only 9... traditional wings, 10 boneless wings, 4 ranch. The order was completely messed up. When I called them Taylor answered the calland he was being rude and said that he packed the order and it's right. When I said are you saying that I am lying he said Idon't know sir but I packed the order it should be correct. I go there once or twice a week and this is how they treat thecustomer. And when I asked him what you want me to do, should I bring it back or what?? And he said I am sorry I can't doanything. I would say guys if you are ordering, order it from other locations. As they make mistakes and don't want to acceptand be rude to the customer. I would never ever come back to this location. I asked him can I talk to your supervisor and hesaid he is not in the store. I don?t think I will ever go to a Bdubs ever again lol. We went at like 3pm on Sunday May 1st. Ordered the ?Wild Bloody Mary?... and it tasted like spicy ketchup, had no salt rim and just a couple random olives floating around. I asked for it to be remadewith all the garnishes and the salt rim that you pay $10 for and they brought back the same exact drink, poured into anotherglass, with a tiny dusting of salt and a celery stick plopped in. They also still use the mobile order system where you can?treally customize anything at all and it was a pain to use in general. Food took forever (even though there were like 5 otherpeople in the restaurant). Came out cold, wings were dry as a bone, queso was so watery it just slipped off the chips. We didget fried pickles, those were alright. I literally never go to Bdubs but we had a random gift card and figured ?why not?, butman it?s actually comical how unsatisfying everything was. This location was thee worst experience i have ever had at any buffalo wild wings. First we sat at our table for 10 minutes with... no recognition. Then move to the bar hoping to get service. Bartender got us drinks right away. Then she got slammed . So the socalled manager took our food order after we asked for assistance. We did not order much, my boyfriend got 6 wings that came outquickly. Then 20 minutes go by and I still hadn't received my chicken sandwich. So I told the manager, he apologized, thenfinally 10 minutes later brought me a cold partial chicken sandwich, then offered me 15% off when I didn't even get a wholesandwich. Then I had to tell the Bartender in order for the less than half sandwich to be comped. As a former server I amunderstanding when stores are short staffed, but I do not understand bad service, cold food , and bad management.
