A friend and I attempted to go here. The bouncer checked my friend?s ID and said that it was a fake, even though it was not.... They then refused to give it back for several minutes, despite my friend showing other proof of his age. They said to ?go aheadand call the police, but the only thing they?ll do is tell me to give it back and there won?t be any consequences forme.? Actually, no. That?s theft. If you?re going to refuse service, that?s one thing, but you cannot keep the real IDs ofpeople. Definitely not going back. Read more
If you want somewhere scary to go for Halloween this year, THIS IS THE PLACE! The Floor was SOOOOO sticky & the quesadillas are... disgusting. There?s thousands of ?????s outside. My quesadilla looked like a 5yo?s Art project and was cut into unidentifiedshapes. Rhombus-dilla? Like I can?t express enough how sticky the floor is here. My sandal got stuck on the floor and my barefoot touched the sticky icky floor in front Of EVERYONE! It was awful awful AWFUL! Tear it down. We need better restaurants oncampus. I?m sure there?s more deserving venues. I highly doubt they pass their inspections without bribery. Read more
I used to love getting burritos here, however without the old burrito bar it can feel more like a bar than a restaurant. The... last time I stopped in I was less than impressed with my burrito which was cold from how much sour cream was added. The onestaff member working seemed less than interested in having a customer watching their phone with headphones in. That isn?t to sayI haven?t had many good burritos in the past, there seems to be a shift in their business to be a little less burrito and alittle more loco recently. It is a super fun place to have drinks, enjoy a fishbowl with a few friends, and grab a bite on anight out. Overall a classic Dinkytown bar. Read more
Great simple Mexican food, very fast service for lunch in July
Always a fun spot. The food isn't the greatest, but the convenient hours and friendly staff more than make up for it. Parking is... hard to come by, and those UMN cops have nothing better to do than give out tickets. Read more
