We Ordered a Lrg thin crust Peperoni pizza and an order of plain wings online for my family and paid with my card at 4:49pm... 12/1/22. 1hr 22mins later at 6:11pm I called the restaurant inquiring about my food order #47. The woman told me that my foodwould leave the restaurant in 4mins and I would be the first stop on the drivers route. Cool, I thought I live 2.7mi away fromthe Carbone's, that should be 12mins. 35mins later At 6:45pm I called back and my calls rang through unanswered until thevoicemail system picked up. After the 7th call ringing through to voicemail, I got ahold of a different woman this time. Shesaid, "The order just left 5mins ago and the driver is new so please be nice to him". I had been very patient and respectfulwith each person I spoke with. 30mins later at 7:15pm I called and asked to speak with someone about a refund on order #47because I still had not received it. I was lied to every time I politely called to inquire about my order. I even asked if Icould come to the restaurant and pick up my food, I was told each time I called that the food was out and that I could not. Themanager Kevin I believe, did gave me a refund, and a $20 credit for future use and apologized for their employee'sconduct. After 2hrs 50mins the food showed up ice cold at 7:38pm. I was polite to the driver but he acted as if he knew therewas an issue and the driver said to me before he left "it's not my fault, I don't even work there. They just asked me to help." There were 5 pepperoni's on the whole pizza and they looked like they were thrown on from across the room. We are left withthe feeling of never wanting to see this place of business or it's staff ever again. Terrible ethics and zero customer serviceskills by the employees. The manager was simply trying to put out a fire caused by individuals lying and avoiding theircustomers by refunding the order. Read more

Came here with my family and will never come back due to absolutely terrible and deliberately malicious serving. Server (young... woman) slammed the food down on the table, including knives and forks which then slid around the table due to the force she usedand was overall incredibly rude and unpleasant. She stormed off every time she threw dishes down as if we had personally wrongedher. She made our fun family dinner night much less enjoyable than it should've been. Learn to compartmentalize and not take itout on your own customers when you are having a bad day. Extremely unprofessional and so off-putting I would never choose tocome back and would never bring family or friends here to experience this nonsense. Food was fine, but that's not what we willremember about this place. Be better to your customers. Yikes. Read more

We were literally getting our food and silverware thrown at the table by the waitress. She was awfully rude to us and everyone... in the restaurant. She absolutely should not be working here. I, along with the other seven people in my party and the 4 peoplenext to us (we bonded over the waitress throwing things at us), have firmly said we will never come here again. She was thatbad. When you walk into a pizza place, and you smell nothing that one might associate with pizza such as garlic, onion, or anything... approaching tomato sauce you know that you were probably in for a very average to mediocre experience. This place is good if youhave kids who have no real discernment and taste and will eat almost anything, but if you are a true pizza lover and you want tofeel good about the pizza that you eat, then I would avoid this place. I?ve tasted pizza from a supermarket had more flavor andpersonality than the pizza that I was served. What a shame, I guess I will continue to look for my pizza place. Read more

We got the cheesecurds (not pictured), and two large pizzas...Canadian bacon, pineapple, and half green peppers as well as a... sausage and green olive. The food is delicious (the menu has an array of choices...from salads, appetizers, sandwiches, pastas,platters, and of course pizza), the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Not a lot of seating, but the inside was very clean andnice. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can dine-in or they also do take-out and delivery. While we were eating a lot ofpeople came in for take-out. There is lots of free parking as well as other great shops in the area. I really recommend tryingthis specific location in St. Anthony...we will definitely go back! Read more

While visiting family in Arden Hills, we heard great things about the pizza from Carbone?s. We ordered online delivery, a little... pizza for 5yo who only likes pepperoni, and a large for the grownups. It was delicious! Delivery was on time, driver wasfriendly, pizza was awesome. It?s cut in squares which was perfect for our Edges and Middles crew. Perfect sauce/cheese/toppingsratio and crisp crust. Will definitely order again the next time we are in the area! Read more
