Great shop right on the walk to the bus. Very friendly baristas with a sense of humor. Nice to have it nearby!

Service was pretty fast, but lacking. Employee who made the drink just plopped it on the counter without saying anything and it... was only 2/3 full. It wasn't busy, there was no line and no one ordered after me - the 3 people behind the counter definitelyhad the time to do it right, it just didn't happen on this occasion. Read more

Very busy location, not sure if they missed something in my order but it wasn't what I expect when I order a full-rack drink. I... never herd my drink announcement when it was placed on the counter over the noise and from under a mask from the barrestia(thank you for your health efforts), so there I stood no one checking to see if I needed anything. Maybe the expresso had beensitting in a cup or who knows, but it tasted stale and over bitter. Read more
Love this Caribou. Really appreciate the nice folks who work there. They do a great job given that they are currently... understaffed and continue to be very busy. My one recommendation would be to put customers names on the cups. This is nothappening and drinks are set on the counter, then customers and baristas don?t know what the drink is. Read more
They were busy. I got the right order with the turtle mocha and it was good, exactly what I was craving. My brother ordered an... iced drink with a boost but got a smoothie without a boost that they did add the boost too, but it was still a smoothie and nota liquid with ice in it as ordered. Understandable mistake, sure, but still a bit disappointing. Read more
