This is the worst Caribou ever... I came and bought a cup of coffee I thought the lid was on the wrong ...when it was a leak in... the bottom of the cup came back in to get a refill ..and they told me I need the original cup why would I keep the original cupif it's leaking all over my lap and inside my tow truck.... Don't think I am ever coming back here even though I work a block away from this store. I ordered a blended drink and wanted it... with a shot of cream. I had to repeat myself 3 times about adding cream. Ended up paying $7 for a drink that wasn't blended wellat all. All of the ice was on top and the juice/syrup on the bottom. No cream in there at all either even though I askedmultiple times. While I was waiting, it was not busy at all and there were 5 people working, none of them bothered to tell memy drink was ready. Very unfriendly staff, which I don't remember from a few years ago. Read more

Always a friendly, helpful staff every time I go to this Caribou Cafe. Located on a busy street so it's very easy to get to,... and is within four/five blocks walking from the Twin Cities light rail station at US Bank Stadium. Great selection of bothbrewed coffees and coffee inspired drinks, as well as pastry, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Patrons are both friendly &engaging. And one can always recognize the regulars who frequent this Cafe. I find myself returning to this store again andagain. Read more

Great place to work, drink coffee and hang out. Friendly staff, and tons of space, though some of the tables are close together,... so it can feel crowded. Big perks are a massive table, and couches on front of a fireplace. The parking can get kind of limited,but if you are walking around, its a nice destination. Read more
