A little overpriced but great spot for friends to hang out and get some great drinks

I like this particular location the best of the 3 that I can go to in my area. Staff is friendly and efficient.

I am on a limited income, so I can't afford $3 a day for a cup of coffee. That adds up to $90 per month, which is far out of my... budget. I ask for a cup of hot water and I use a Folger's Singles Decaf, which I can buy with Food Stamps, to make my own cupof coffee. Recently, this one Caribou location has been refusing to give me a free largest cup of hot water, on the grounds (nopun intended) that "those cups are expensive," even though I brought in a dime to pay for their very expensive cup. Today I wastold that this is what the manager said. I really can't believe that any Caribou Coffe franchise, or the Caribou Coffeecorporation, is going to go broke by giving one senior a cup of hot water. No other franchise has said this. "Buddy, can youspare a dime (for a cup of coffee)?" Apparently not. Read more
