It is so very nice to order ahead, skip the drive thru line, walk in and pick up my beverage without any wait. So nice that I... did it twice that day, both before and after my appointment. ?Our manager doesn?t let us serve the espresso shot separately?, says the lady, which is a well-common, basic service for a... latte coffee drinkers. All other Caribous, BTW, do give this service, but this one?s manager, however, wants itdifferent. That?s a bad customer service. For 1, lack of understanding in coffee drinking-habits; And 2, unwillingness tosatisfy your customers? needs, hence, losing their trust in you, for giving them your best service.
