My 1st time at a Culvers. I ordered a butter burger on a Gluten free bun, the order taker didn't explain to me that the bun... came separate and they couldn't create a butter burger with a gluten free bun. All our burgers were cold. The service washaphazard at best. When we got home with the food, one burger was missing, when we went back to get it, they didn't believe theyhad not given it to us and called it a 'remake' . I will not be back. Read more
Ordered a double cheese butter burger. Wasn't enough beef on the bun to even consider it a single. Looked more like the clean up... scraping from the grill. frozen yogurt with Carmel sauce was good. Read more
WONDERFUL experience!! Best customer service I've seen in years. I had the absolute pleasure of interacting with a young woman... here named Theadora who took my order. Her smile and positive energy was contagious and she made sure I got everything I needed.Made my day!!! SHE DESERVES A RAISE!! One of the privileged fastfoods.. it's easily on my top 5 .. otherwise perfect location great staff nice neighborhood vibe.. i... definitely cheated on the pork loin and had to try the spicy chicken for the first time and it was well worth it can't wait tocome back! Read more
The Brooklyn Park Culver's is an awesome store. My wife and I go here 2 or 3 times a month and the employees have always been... great. This last visit, I had the ?Mushroom and Swiss and my wife had the Cod sandwich. They were great sandwiches. Fries andonion rings were hot and tasty. Thanks to all of you!!!! Read more
