This is the last time I'm using my neighborhood Domino's. This is the 2nd time in 3 months that I 've had an issue with an order... that I placed. I put my order in over an hour and a half ago, been on hold over the phone for over 40 minutes and still have noidea when my order will arrive. Chances are my food will be ice cold like the last order I placed. Do yourself and your family afavor next time and just pick up a Heggies pizza from the gas station, it'll be warmed up and consumed within the amount of timeI've had to wait for my Domino's order. I had a pretty good experience ordering delivery from this location! It took a little longer than expected, but nothing... outrageous. I?ve never had a worse costumer service experience. I paid $50 in cash plus a generous tip and received zero of the items I paid... for. Just two orders of Buffalo chicken and I don?t even like Buffalo. Called to let the store know and I honestly went to bedworried they had my address due to the level of hostility I received over the phone. Made a large order this morning and set the pickup time for 2hrs later to give them enough time to prepare. As soon as I arrived... I ordered from this location online. When I went to pick up my order the door was locked and the two employees working ignored... me. Saw me, still ignored me. I was charged but never got any food. The store is not open til midnight like it says. Horrible!! Read more
Ordering from the phone sucks!! To bad the Dominos is sourcing that out and you can?t speak to anyone at the location. The lady... on the phone hung up on me in the middle of my order. Rude employees, POOR customer service, HORRIBLE food quality. They use NO sauce, will forever argue with the customer and place... you on hold until it's too close to closing time to Order. I'm only giving it a two because of my previous driver, Andrew. He was courteous during our brief interaction. The most recent... driver left my order outside my apartment without a call.
