I just order delivery. Part of my order was not delivered. The store will not answer their phone. When I call to place an order... someone answers immediately. When I tell them my problem they say they have to forward me to the store. Again no one picks up.Best to avoid this place unless you bleed money. Read more
When I thought I was calling the store on Hiawatha Ave Minneapolis I specifically asked to have extra Alfredo sauce for chicken... pasta. I was assured wouldn't be issue. Then when driver Dave delivered I opened the 2 orders and hardly any sauce very dry andpasta was under cooked.. I called to let them know and waited on line holding I hung up. Years ago I was a fan of the ?other? pizza chain. They moved out of my neighborhood so if I wanted ?delivery?, I had to order... from this Domino?s. To this day, I have enjoyed every single pizza, chicken sandwich, dessert - they have never disappointed me.Tonight?s pan pizza was hot, delicious and just how I ordered it. Try them. This location needs to shut down. I hate that this is the location that I have to use because out of my last 7 orders we have... only ever actually received a pizza at our door 1 time. It's absolutely ridiculous. Today after an hour of waiting we called andhe kept stating the driver was coming. After another half hour he told us the 30 minute guarantee is no longer a thing and weasked to be refunded for our order. Once we hung up they cancelled our order and our pizza never came...again. Whomever theowner of this location should be extremely ashamed but according to the other reviews it seems they don?t care. Read more
Disgusted with dominos online ordering! Says over and over that they can't verify my debit card security number but have no... trouble with it for anything else. Have way more than adequate funds. Love their pizza but will NEVER order from them again!Customer service SUCKS!!!! Read more
When walking in talking to one employee other was in back, I had to point out to the one in the back that ?hey that pizza is... about to fall out oven, it sure did fall? so they had to remake another pizza on our order. I?ve stopped here a number of times for carry out. It?s a convenient location between the airport and home. Today, I tried... curbside delivery for the first time. It was slick - I simply replied to a text message when the tracker said my pizza wasready. Flipped my hazard lights on and within a minute the pizza was sliding through my car door window. Always fantastic pizza. I get the pan pizza with extra cheese and make sure to pick it up the moment it's ready - the crust will... be perfectly tender and chewy, the cheese gooey and crispy on top, and the whole thing piping hot.
