So this store is supposed to deliver to my house yet they have their system set to not take online orders so you have to call... and you can't use the coupons... I understand your understaffed but honestly this is truly unfair, and a rip off... I call andyou tell me to change my city guess what still don't work.. bad customer service poor attitude and unwilling to help, and thiswas the manager I supposedly spoke with ... pretty good service but i think they made their chocolate lava cakes smaller and i don't like that so i guess if i was going to... offer some feedback i'd probably suggest they make those bigger they can't fool me. i blame dom pappadomino's greed. Read more
I used to live by this Dominos and always had a good experience. They also made the best breadsticks. ???? I moved recently and... accidentally ordered online here and didn?t realize until after the order was made. I called to let them know I wouldn?t bepicking it up and they could have the pizza. They graciously refunded me, even though they?d already taken the time making it. Iwas happy to just let them have it since it was my mistake. I truly appreciated that they would go above and beyond. This store is almost always 100% . Like maybe twice they forgot some garlic sauce. The driver offered to go and get it and drive... it back. I appreciate the offer, but that's ok. I'll live without it. Props to the quality of drivers, and pizzaiolos working atthis particular store. You all work hard, and it's appreciated! Read more
Worst service ever. Manager standing there doing nothing. Claiming she has no one to take my order. Has to be an online order.... Worst mistake. I?ll take all my business elsewhere. No masks either on any employee. But has a sign on the door requiring a maskfor everyone else. Hypocrites. Manager should be fired. Read more
My friend waited outside for the driver for 25 minutes and never called to confirm where they where. We called the store and the... girl was rude and blamed us for not being available to get the pizza when we were literally waiting outside in the cold! Theywere so rude and I am disappointed in the service. I called again and we were told to reorder online and it would be at leastanother 45 minutes. I am so upset! This dominoes sucks! I placed an online order on Halloween and sent someone to pick it up in store. I ordered 4 pizzas and 2 garlic cups. There was... an older woman dressed as a witch who told us we did not order garlic cups and was extremely rude about the whole thing. Sherefused us our full order of which it clearly says we paid for them. I worked in the food industry for years and even on ourbusy days we would never ever treat our customers with such disrespect. Still never got the garlic cups. Pretty sure we won'tbe returning.???? Read more
