Zero Stars if it were possible. In the most honest and nicest way be warned of the employees including their managers. Please... note the business closes at midnight. I placed an order for pickup at 10:30 PM arrived within a minute or two to the location.The door was locked and even though the employees saw me they still chose to ignore me. The person in the store saw me as welland seemed scared of staff to even let me in and even got their attention for me to be let in. From what I could lip read the"manager" said I know and went back to what she was doing. Once the customer left he was even scared to leave as he would beletting me in and the manager had to tell him it was okay. I was going to pay cash for the pizza but treated me as I was thereto break into their building. She said because the order wasn't paid for by 11:00 PM that it was automatically cancelled even ifI ordered at 10:30 PM. I wasn't aware of this "policy" and when asked for the manager she said I am the manager and rolled hereyes. After I said she should put up a sign that tells people that she retorted with well I am telling you now. I left it atthat and reminded her that if she really didn't like working there that it was optional based on her overall nasty attitude.Will not and please I don't usually take the time to write anything DO NOT COME HERE. Came to leave a 5-star review and was very surprised to see the bad rating. Either I got lucky, or this is one of the stores... that clearly needed some changes made when Domino's stopped doing deliveries for a while? Our food came quick, was hot andfresh, our delivery driver was very kind, and overall we had a great experience! And this is on a Friday mind you! I was verypleased! Read more
I have ordered from this place twice now. The first time I ordered it took almost three hours to arrive. I am currently waiting... for my second order, which has been ?preparing? (ie not even in the oven baking) for an hour and fifteen minutes. This is almostimpressively bad for an average chain pizza place. I?m never ordering from here again, the service is abysmal. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Ordered pizza, wings & breadsticks at 6:16pm on a Wednesday. Tracker remained on prepping for over an... hour. Attempts to report an issue on the app prompted we call a number. Called the number repeatedly with no answer. As allother reviewers have said, terrible experience. 2.5 hours later the food was left on the doorstep. Still no response from thestore, the ?issue? line, etc. Read more
This place is pathetic. I only wanted one pizza. I ordered it twice. Each time it was canceled at their end immediately with no... explanation and nobody would answer the phone when I called. It couldn?t be a delivery distance issue unless they just don?thave a driver on staff. They?re only a mile away from me. If that?s the case and they have no way to deliver, a courtesy call orat least someone answering the phone would be acceptable. But they are making no every whatsoever. They better not havecharged my card. Oh good.. i see pending credit refunds. Oh well. The app doesn?t give me a choice to order from another storeeven though there?s one not far. This is the worst Domino franchise I have ever seen in a decade. They take your order and don?t deliver, they sometimes will not... even let you do Carry out. We saw some other people who said this particular business does this all the time to customers. Wewere told the employees are terrible. This is the worst Pizza place you would ever order from. This place is HORRIBLE ! After we received our order , the breadsticks were sent with a ton of burnt crust cheese around it and... the cinnamon sticks were hard and over cooked ! The only decent part of the order was the pizza . We called the store and spokewith a nasty rude lady that had a horrible attitude . She told us we had to call back the next day to get a credit in the store, we did not want a credit but a refund Instead. She told us that we cannot get a refund Because we liked the pizza !
