Lots of seating in the loft area. Baristas were friendly and everything was clean. Good natural lighting and place to work!
The front counter order staff was rude and unprofessional. I ordered a burrito and he was telling me what I should and should... not do. I ordered drinks and he corrected me on how I should have ordered the drinks. My drink was made incorrect and I was upcharged for white chocolate when I ordered a creamy coconut! No white chocolate was even requested. Upon the burritos beingcompleted by a completely different person, the original ordering guy, was then rude to my husband by stating that he needed towalk over the other way to the counter to pick up, and my husband was already at the counter of food pick up.My husband is avery chill and relaxed guy, he even stated to me that the cashier was quit rude and controlling. And that he felt bad that theother people had to be working with him. Over all I will never return to this location, I usually come here once a month andguess I have never ran into this employee. Unfortunately there are only paper cups and it feels like a fast food stop. I remember the original Dunn Bros. It?s changed. The... building is great and the staff was very friendly so if you don?t mind a lot of paper flavoring in your coffee, it?s fine. I?m apurist. Read more
Came in on a rainy morning and the service was outstanding! Barista at the register was super friendly and outgoing and was... patient while I figured out what I wanted to order, even when there was a line behind me. Quick service, friendly environment, 5stars! Read more
Was staying at the hotel next door. Came here twice for coffee in the morning. First time I went they only had dark roast? Weird... but ok. It was decent just not a dark roast guy. Second time I attended they had both and I also tried there breakfast baconwrap. Coffee was good but the wrap had barely any bacon in it. Overall the place is nice, service is fast and you can tell theworkers care. My biggest complaint is that both times the coffee was so hot even with the sleeve and putting cream in I couldhardly hold the cup. Couldnt drink it for a while waiting for it to cool down. No I?m not the guy saying I like cold coffeecause that?s the worst but this was another level of hot or I wouldn?t be saying anything! Maybe above is just a heads up to theowner from an honest review. Overall it was decent and I would attend again, I would just hope the coffee wasn?t going to burnme. I will admit the coffee was good but the food needs a little more thought. Let?s be honest?You order a bacon wrap orsandwich cause you look forward to the bacon! The building is so adorable and cozy, the drinks are unique and tasty (I got the caramel banana nirvana), and the sandwich (ham... and Swiss croissant) was warm and yummy. But above all the atmosphere of this two story converted freight house is to die for. Read more
