After having to wait an extra five minutes from when they were supposed to open (Summer hours. Open at 7:30 though wasn't... actually opened till 7:35) the end up not having made all the bagels yet, including the kind I was planning to order. Read more
I don't understand why full time staff (not the student workers) moves so freaking slow. I feel like I'm being pranked every... time I go here; it's like a joke how long I have to wait for a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. Also I've seen one of thefull time staff scold a student worker for trying to pick up the slack for her. It's called teamwork, you lazy old idiot. Justhorrible. Read more
