I don't understand why full time staff (not the student workers) moves so freaking slow. I feel like I'm being pranked every... time I go here; it's like a joke how long I have to wait for a simple toasted bagel with cream cheese. Also I've seen one of thefull time staff scold a student worker for trying to pick up the slack for her. It's called teamwork, you lazy old idiot. Justhorrible. Read more

The first impression was that the employees didn't quite seem like they knew what they were doing, however after some confusion... about placing the order and some audible confusion in the "kitchen" (the back wall), the food eventually came out. It tastedalright, but one of the two bagel sandwiches wasn't cut in half, which made for difficult eating since the smear liquefies a bitin a warm sandwich. I'd consider going back, but it certainly wouldn't be my first choice. Read more
