There were a few reviews with confusion as to where the Einstein Bros. is located, and it's located inside the Christensen... Center on the Augsburg campus. We visited in-between appointments at M Health Fairview Children's on a day where classes werenot in session, so we were able to park on the street right outside the Christensen Center for free one hour parking. (Parkingwas hard to come by, though.) We ordered a bacon and cheese egg sandwich, and it was fine, nothing to write home about (butthat's what we were expecting when looking for a quick bite to eat). The latte was missing the espresso shots and my lox sandwich came on a cinnamon sugar bagel (which I definitely did not order).... Disappointing to say the least. Read more
