Just moved to this part of CR and this one is right by my home. It?s is a cool little location. Never had a problem with any... staff. The Asst. Mngr, can?t think of his full name ???? I know it started with an M, black guy, barely 6ft I think??anyway he?scool?and funny ???? cheesy but he?s still cool & polite. Wish they sold Zebra cakes at Holiday they?re my fav and Holiday is myfav gas station! So that part hurts my heart ???? ???? All the workers I?ve met there are professional and nice. They must?vemade some staff changes recently. They deserve a better rating that?s for sure. Read more
Very disappointed I was just there like 5 min ago bought $25 in gas a couple of candies and my total came to $28.92. I gave the... cashier $40 and she said can I make it an even amount cause she didn't have any $5's lady I didn't ask for a $5 bill you had awhole drawer full of $10's so literally my change was $11.02 she couldn't give me a $10 and a $1 instead I had to use My two $2bills that I didn't wanna use because the cashier can't do simple math very angry Read more

One person already said the manager is rude I agree totally. I have a coupon that says five cent off on gas and I guess you... can't use the coupon on top of your cub foods reward card. I never had a problem before until now the manager said sorry youcan't use because you already used your cub food discount. I told her I always do all the time. I go to other holidays and noone ever says anything about it not even the managers. This manager is rude and not the first time. She was rude to my husbandat one point to. She stopped the pump before my husbands truck was even full and said to my husband I can't let you go overfifty dollars why it's the company policy. No its not because we can go to other holidays and put well over sixty dollars in. Tobad I had to give this holiday one star they deserve zero stars more likely minus 10 stars. I have a cousin that works forholiday corporate office and I told her what happened and she said the manager at this holiday is really rude and they are onit. How long will she last they don't know yet and had other issues with her to my cousin said. And yes you can double couponsmy cousin said at any holiday. She said to I wish I was there because there would of been hell to pay. So my cousin said stayaway from this holiday until the manager is talked to or is gone. Manager is so rude. Apple Pay wasn?t working and I had already pumped gas and didn?t have any other cards with me. Manager had... an attitude from the beginning and didn?t know how to talk to a customer. It was already a stressful situation for me and shehad to reason no act the way she did. I never wasn?t going to pay and she was treating me as if I was trying to steal from herstore. Don?t say your store accepts Apple Pay and such if it doesn?t work. The employee had better customer service and was waymore respectful than the manager. Very disappointed. Read more
The workers here are the most rude of any Holiday gas station I've ever been I parked my car at the end of the parking lot and I... was sitting there a little bit before I was getting ready to go in a worker came out and told me I have to move my vehicle soshe can park there. Are you kidding me I look down the road there's like six other parking spots. I use Holiday gas stationseveryday for work and to eat and I will never go to this one again. Read more
I don?t understand where all the complaints are coming from? Yeah, sometimes you can?t use a million coupons, that?s not a... holiday issue. When it comes to the stuff that ACTUALLY MATTERS (service, cleanliness, having what you?re looking for, etc)Michael and his team are the best.
