The car wash does not clean as well as the one on Foley. The cleaning was done in only half the time and there was still soap on... my car in some spots. Read more
I have really enjoyed this station, the employees are very kind and helped me figure out what was going on with my cub rewards.... I couldn?t use my Cub rewards at the pump and they were able to help me figure out what the problem was. My phone number wasn?tupdated in Cub?s system so I was unable to type it in at the pumps but they were able to give me the knowledge I needed so thatthis doesn?t happen again. Read more
Both the food stations (the one for the Godfather's Pizzas as well as the one for the packaged hot foods) were completely empty.... The staff was two teenagers. When asked about this, the young boy replied "somebody must have bought them" and the young girlsaid "we don't stock those, don't even know where they come from, that isn't part of our job." Busy, mid-afternoon, this stationis losing a lot of money on missed food sales. Don't come hungry, you won't find lunch here, despite the appetizing poster adsin the windows. I'm looking for a Casey's now, in hopes that their staff are more on-the-ball and their hot foods and pizzaswill be stocked. Read more
This is the only gas station I have ever used that can't reliably scan credit cards on the first attempt. It usually takes 3-4... swipes before it works. If you swipe a rewards card first... It's even worse. Please fix or update your pumps. If you do go hereand it says something like can't accept swipe, immediately go to another pump. Read more
I don't recommend coming here because this is one of the worst Holiday gas stations in the metro. This is a franchise store... that has several stupid policies, including that they make you get a key to use their restrooms. Yet, the restrooms are in easyview of the cashiers and this gas station is in the outer suburbs. No other retail store in the area makes you get a key to usetheir restrooms. Plus, the employees here can be very rude at times, and they do a terrible job at keeping the restrooms andgas pump area clean and stocked. Read more
Worst Holiday gas station! Only lets you prepay for gas but if you have any saver card it doesn?t work in the reader. Last time... I prepaid and it still doesn?t work. Will just go to Holiday off Hanson from now on. Workers here are not friendly or willing tohelp you. Read more
