I didn?t even want to give one star for the order I received. I was sent a cookie cake that was slopped together by the St... Cloud, MN store. Shame on you for thinking this is ok to ship! (See photo attached) this was no fault of UPS and was sent to meovernight. This is how the cake was handled in store. I am now left to figure out a birthday cake the day before a birthday.Beyond disappointed and will NEVER purchase from an Insomnia cookie again. I?ll stick to Crumbl. Read more
Found hair baked into my cookie! Contacted Insomnia cookie and no response. Absolutely disgusting.
Came here with a friend and I requested the vegan chocolate chuck cookies. The cashier expressed how she believes they don?t... have any ready to give at the moment. She then asks her employees if they have any ready and then two people from the back bothsaid nonchalantly, ?Doubt it.? Like they didn?t even care. They knew there was none ready and it almost sounded like they knewthey were the cause of that but it was the least of their concerns. Besides that, the cookies were just okay but I?ve had betterfor cheaper. Every time I visit this place, the cookies are never hot or warm at all. I?m a huge cookie fiend, and these were calling name. They have the perfect crunch texture on the outside, and inside is the... right amount of softness. Seriously good cookies. Deluxe cookies are huge! It?s a pretty good deal for 4 deluxe and 4 classic($20). That way you can try anything. Didn?t get a chance to try an ice cream cookie sandwich, but there?s always next time. Probably some of the best, softest cookies I've had when it comes to classic cookies. Not the size that Crumble usually has, but... ones you can stuff multiple in your mouth, kind. Freshly baked as always, and the ice cream sandwich is a go to. Read more
Quite honestly some of the best cookies I've had in many years. They're fresh baked cookies are vastly better than their online... delivery cookies. That's not to say the online delivery or bad by any means, but once you've had the ones fresh to orderthere's no going Back. The peanut butter cookie rains Superior above all others in my personal opinion. And peanut buttercookies not even my favorite type of cookie, which says a lot. Read more

A bit on the pricey side. This location was very small and can get pretty busy. I had to wait outside for a bit of time, but the... customer service was great. I got a variety of cookies and really enjoyed the chocolate chip m&m cookies, the sugar cookie, andthe birthday cake cookie. The brownie with vanilla ice cream was ok and I enjoyed the cashier/server decorating the vanilla icecream. Read more
