Ah, the Jamba Juice in CMU. Still here 9 years after I graduated. After getting valet parking on Fulton street, I walked over... to get a smoothie at 2PM today (12/19/19), since I had a few hours to spare before my doctor's appointment. Jamba Juice wasclosed, with no notice. I understand that it's probably either winter break or finals week, so schedules are going to bedisrupted, but still, it's disappointing. Stuff tastes great but the workers always look lost and don?t know what they?re doing. There?s always like 4 or 5 people, but... everyone leaves it to one person to do the shakes and stuff. I waited a good 20 minutes for my drink. They gotta get a bettersystem at this Jamba Juice instead of just doing whatever since everyone looks so lost. Read more
Good smoothies but this place is literally never open. I just tried to go there and it was closed- it?s 12:30 on a Tuesday. Why... on earth would you be closed ?! and if you manage to go while it?s open you?ll have to watch people who were behind you in lineget their smoothies before you. Read more
Extremely slow and unprofessional. Had to wait for 15 minutes and then be late for class, while the people behind me got their... orders, and while watching two employees taking infinite time to probably teach each other how to make my smoothie, and finallyafter putting it in the blender, no one remembered to take it out before I finally asked them to kindly pour it for me. I always get the smoothies here and they are always made right and taste good. There's this one older lady who works here every... time I come and she really knows here stuff. Sometimes there is a wait depending on the amount of people there, but it neverexceeds 5 minutes. I'd recommend using the Tapingo app. You just order the drink and pay for it on your phone before you arriveand by the time you get there it will be sitting there waiting for you. If you want a healthier drink with lower calories I'drecommend the Orange Carrot Karma or the Peach Mango smoothie (a fit n fruitful smoothie). My only complaint is that it is moreexpensive than normal, but that's because it's on campus. Everything is more expensive on campus. Read more
Loved this Jamba Juice inside Coffman. You can even use your dining credit from your meal plan by using your U card to purchase... anything. Students work here and there are several good seating options near by to enjoy ur drink during a study break or whilepreparing for an exam or during a group discussion or after even take a nap. I?ll never forget my expirence here two year ago before the pandemic there was this Indian girl working there and as I was... ordering mind you it was my first time ordering this girl was giving me a disgusted look Iitterly didn?t do anything I was justl trying to order I don?t know if she had something against people who looked like me but I never forgot that experienced shewas sick sick in the head I think because what warrants that even the person I was with mentioned that to me I hope that girl isliving a miserable life right now I know for a fact she was racist and that same person made my drink that I remembered tastedoff.
