I made online order and 20 minutes later I get this message: "Your order placed at 06:30 pm with Jambo Africa Restaurant and... Bar was canceled. Reason: Customer changed mind." So I call and this rude man says his kitchen is full and he canceled myorder. So I ask why does it say I canceled and Mr. Rude hangs up. Tbh, they would have just done a courtesy call and berespectful if he wasn't going to process the order. This the last time I order from this place. Waste of time Read more
Tried to order from them 3 times in the past week. 1st time told that it was delivered and had to take steps to get reimbursed.... 2nd time they cancelled, 3rd time they said that they cancelled because customer changed their mind. I really want to trytheir food, but I guess they don't want more business. Read more
$20 each to get inside just to not have anywhere to sit… would be way better if they had actual bartenders making drinks..... hookah was terrible.. only giving 2 stars because of the Dj other than that definitely need to improve Read more
There are two reasons that I am giving this place 3 stars. The first is it took 45min for me to get my order. As you can see... from the picture, this should not have taken 45min. 2nd I had to go back inside to get utensils for my to go order. The youngworking the counter completely ignored me when I came back in. I said excuse Sir 3 times. I had to wait for the server to getthe utensils. The food is decent but time is the only thing I can't get more of. I suggest you place your orders before youarrive. Read more
This place added a sauce that seemed like someone's leftover in my order when I asked for sauce the that was missing in my... order. If you look at the sauce containers, one is not even up to half of the container, talkless of being full like the rest.The woman just picked it from the back so it seems like she didn't pick it from the stock but just a leftover from someone.Also, their food does not have the quality that it used to have. They claim their sausages & samosas are Kenyan but they are NOT! The sausages were very stale & tasted like they had been... undercooked and overstayed or old. The samosas are definitely NOT prepared the Kenyan way, the outer layer is very thick and thebeef inside is verrryyyy small so essentially you’re NOT getting what you paid for. CUSTOMER SERVICE: THE LADY AT THE CASHIERWITH THE LONG BRAIDS IS SUPER RUDE & HAS A VERY POOR ATTITUDE. SHE LACKS BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. NO ONE HAS FORCED YOU TOBE THERE.
