The delivery people are on bikes. So, you can expect your food to ride all around town on a bike, take an hour+, get the wrong... stuff and the delivery person to tell you how exhausted they are. This is THE WORST Jimmy John?s by far. Definitely does notuphold their ?Freaky Fast? standards. If I wanted to wait an hour+ for my food, I would?ve ordered someplace else. AVOID, AVOID! Read more
The manager is always super nice and helpful. Delivery person is freaky fast on a bike. Only downside is that my kid thinks I... made the sandwich and I've been holding out on him. The sandwiches I make are not Jimmy Johns quality so he's gonna bedisappointed for awhile. Read more
Placed an online order and arrived at the store within a minute for pickup. There was a family at the register placing an order... after mine had presumably been started (notified via text). I sat directly by the pickup area and waited for my sandwich whilestaff was relaxed and just walking around behind the counter. The family received their 4 sandwiches within 8 minutes while minewas still not announced or placed on the counter. It took 15 minutes before an employee acknowledged me and asked why I wasthere. After telling her I was waiting for my order, she found it sitting behind the counter on her side, already done. ThisJimmy Johns location was not freaky fast and was very poor with customer service. The manager here is great! I called when they had lost power in the morning to try to fulfill a group order for my office. They... truly put in a ton of work to make sure we got all of our food! There was even a mix up with one of the sandwiches and they gaveus a new one free of charge! I probably called them 5 times and every time they were so nice and willing to help make theexperience the best possible given the circumstances.
