The delivery people are on bikes. So, you can expect your food to ride all around town on a bike, take an hour+, get the wrong... stuff and the delivery person to tell you how exhausted they are. This is THE WORST Jimmy John?s by far. Definitely does notuphold their ?Freaky Fast? standards. If I wanted to wait an hour+ for my food, I would?ve ordered someplace else. AVOID, AVOID! Read more

Placed an online order and arrived at the store within a minute for pickup. There was a family at the register placing an order... after mine had presumably been started (notified via text). I sat directly by the pickup area and waited for my sandwich whilestaff was relaxed and just walking around behind the counter. The family received their 4 sandwiches within 8 minutes while minewas still not announced or placed on the counter. It took 15 minutes before an employee acknowledged me and asked why I wasthere. After telling her I was waiting for my order, she found it sitting behind the counter on her side, already done. ThisJimmy Johns location was not freaky fast and was very poor with customer service. The manager here is great! I called when they had lost power in the morning to try to fulfill a group order for my office. They... truly put in a ton of work to make sure we got all of our food! There was even a mix up with one of the sandwiches and they gaveus a new one free of charge! I probably called them 5 times and every time they were so nice and willing to help make theexperience the best possible given the circumstances. If you want a place to eat, don't go there. It's a take out type of place. There is no parking in the front of the store so you... will have to walk a little bit once you find parking. I tried summer sandwich chicken Caesar wrap and it was just ok. Read more

Really didn't feel like meal prepping today (Sometimes I just want to chill, y'know?). Thought I'd order a couple of sandwiches... for my girlfriend and I. Ordered a sandwich at 4:55 pm. Got it super fast and at my door at like 5:10 pm. The order checkedout and we got two great sandwiches. They tasted great! Thanks again for the fast service! Read more

They called 35 minutes after I placed the order through the app to tell me "they had bin done takin online orders" and that mine... "had bin voided". This was four hours before they closed. Update: I really wish you could go even lower on reviews. Here we arelike more than a year later and they still suck. They replaced items on the order "with like products" without contacting me andput half effort into making sandwiches. Below you can see the avocado spread that they put on the beach club. This place needsnew management. Also worth noting that I filled out the form provided by JJ the last time I had a bad experience. They provideda $10 gift card that I still haven't used because you can't combine gift cards with CC on their web order portal.
