Despite bringing my certified Emotional Support Animal in with me every other day for a month, I was rudely scolded by the... manager for merely picking up an order. She told me that I could not bring my dog in, even though my dog has gone in with mebefore with no issues. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Do not go here! Read more
Ordered delivery at 8 at night. Finally called the store at 9:30 because I hadn?t received my order. They said they didn?t have... delivery drivers. By that point I had low blood sugar and other affordable food options were closed. Terrible service. Read more
Never in my life have I written a review for a restaurant, store, anything. However, this Dinkytown Jimmy John's continues to... light my taste buds on fire with absolute and undying satisfaction. Whoever was working the night shift on 3/15/22 deserves araise and the title of master sandwich maker. I could tell right away by the way my sandwich was perfectly wrapped that it wasbeautifully crafted. The inside was even better: ingredients were perfectly layered and proportioned, the bread was soft andtender. As soon as I took a bite, I almost died out of pure bliss. I am convinced they sprinkled magic into my sammy. Not onlythis, but they were actually freaky fast. By the way, I have no bias or personal association whatsoever with this Jimmy John'sor it's workers, they just impressed me this much. Although opening hours are supposed to begin at 10:30 AM on several occasions staff will keep doors locked until 10 -15 minutes... after. Incredibly frustrating when you're running on a tight schedule. Read more
Solidly average. Not bad, not great. Had to wait for about ten mins for the employee to make more tuna salad, but she apologized... for the wait. The sandwich was fine, though she forgot to cut it in half. No big deal. What I really love about a great JimmyJohn's sandwich though is the soft, fresh bread. The bottom piece of my bread here was somewhat crunchy. The restroom was alsoclosed, which while understandable, is a bummer. Overall, my experience here was fine but nothing special. Read more
Terrible bread. Was the consistency of a crouton! Who inspected the bread and thought it was ok? If the bread shreds and... dissolves into dust when you cut it open, don't make the sandwich on it. Also had my delivery lady call me and tell me toelectronically tip so she could clock out. Read more
