After waiting 30 minutes for my order called to see how long. They said atleast another 30 minutes before one sandwich would be... out the door. One hour for one sandwich is insane. If I owned or managed this Jimmy John's I'd be embarrassed. It's one thing tobe busy. Another to not even try. I did cancel the order. No point in ordering from this location again. Read more
Rarely have delivery service. Even when they have delivery service available online half the time they call you and tell you... they don?t have a driver so have to cancel your order. Randomly close early all the time. Today is -12 windchill and I took thebus only to arrive and see a note that they closed at 3. Don?t waste your time. Read more
They always close early because of 'management' great ppl, but they close at 2 or 3 unexpectedly. My money has been going to... Jersey Mikes when this occurs. Which has been the last 3 times I've attempted to come here...their loss. Read more
They run out of bread on a normal basis. So bizarre. Live close and it's always hit or miss. Definitely never fast so just go... for pickup unless you want to wait 45 minutes for them to deliver half a mile. Even when you do go in for pickup it's usuallynot ready, and again they regularly run out of bread. Unfortunately, you can still place your orders when they do. Then when youget there doors are locked and you have to call them to get a refund. Just wild. They also just close randomly. ExampleSaturday at 6pm, they were closed. So just call before you place any type of order to make sure they are open and have allingredients. Read more
Store is clean and good temperature. Music is very loud, difficult to carry a conversation. I was the only person in the store... and it took close to 5 minutes to get my sandwich. One employee was sitting at a table doing seemingly nothing, the otheremployee was indistinguishable as an employee since he was in no sort of uniform and looked like he had just rolled out of bed. Freaky fast? More like what the freak! This place was not so fast. Albeit there was one person taking orders and making... sandwiches, but I was not at all impressed. The sandwiches were good. But not even an apology for the freaky slow service. Wejust wanted some after dancing subs, but instead received disappointment and hunger. I would have preferred to stop somewhereon our drive home then ended up at that jimmy Johns at 1 am. Read more
Not only is the music unnecessarily loud, but they're playing music on a blown speaker and it sounds absolutely horrendous.... You'd think they would turn it down after blowing a speaker, but nope. Can't even hear the employees at the counter. It's likeordering a drink at a nightclub. Read more
