Fresh spring rolls were made in a very pretty a tight manner; I just about went nuts over the rib starter, the meat was perfect... and sauce was TO DIE FOR! I tried to get that sauce ingredients but the server claimed she had no clue. She had a tofu maindish that was “OK”. I asked about what duck dish to get: they have a crispy or basil and was pointed towards the basil one.Must say the duck was prepared just right and basil was all over yet it did not have a very great basil flavor….Service wasgreat and the room is very nice. Lots of street parking and public garages were around too. Read more

Even after seeing so many one star reviews I tried this out because my wife recommended and to my surprise I had good food. Not... sure why they got low ratings. The food was put on table really quick and it was delicious. I liked each and every item weordered. There is no one item that would go less on taste. We ordered tamarind wings and they were delicious. Fried rice wasspot on and drunken noodles were amazing. stir fry cashew chicken was exceptional, there was some gravy in it and I loved it.Fried spring rolls are a must to try. The only point I would raise is- entrees portions were small compared to the price. Butit’s downtown restaurant and inflations is high so who knows. But overall this is a must try restaurant. Best meal I’ve had in a while. Fried spring rolls, drunken noodles, and Riesling were all divine and service was speedy and... friendly. Great spot to hit before the Guthrie. Read more

We live in the neighborhood and thought we'd try out some restaurants by us. I'm a fan of Asian cuisine so this place was right... up my alley plus it has a lot of Gluten free choices for my wife. Unfortunately when our dishes came it was a bigdisappointment. They maybe managed to put 3oz of meat in our dishes, my rice dish was flooded with "juice" watering down myrice. The food taste was lack luster. The Pad Thai was decent but the patio area was nice to sit out and the people are friendlywhich is the only reason I gave 2 stars vs none. I would walk a few blocks farther for Sawadee which had amazing Thai food. Wewill not be coming back here especially for a bill of $45 which didn't include tip... Read more

It was a very disappointing experience. We have eaten there a few times before, giving it a chance to be better, but this was... our last visit. My mango salad had rotten leaf lettuce in it. The mango(4 very small pieces) were at the bottom of the plate andmashed. I asked for the dressing to be on the side and it was not. The salad was smothered in the dressing and it still providedno added flavor. I picked through the pieces of lettuce, carrots, cabbage and onion to find something edible. It was a throwntogether mess, which appeared to have come out of a packaged leaf lettuce salad you could buy at the store, which had alreadygone beyond its expiration date. It was overpriced and awful. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our food order to be taken. The two wait staff seated EVERYONE before starting to take orders. There are other Thai restaurants in Minneapolis and SaintPaul. We will be going back to one of them to enjoy some "creativity" and "ambience.". Previously, we had curries which seemedto have been heated up several times before arriving at our table. They were only "OK." Read more

Meh. Super disappointed. The portions were super small. Like shocking that the butternut squash curry had maybe 3 small pieces.... Same with the noodle dishes. Charge me more and offer me enough food to be satisfied. The flavors were authentic and good. Zeroambiance. Read more

Great service. We went there around 4pm and it was perfect. Great outdoor seating, and our food was brought out pretty quick.

Note to self: don’t be the last table in the restaurant. Went there tonight as the area of town is dead and not many choices. ... They almost did not seat us as they said they were thinking of closing early. But sat us as they loudly stacked the remainingoutdoor tables. Took a long time to get menus - which does not make sense - if you want us out of there we need to order. Wehad fried spring rolls which were ok and then I had a curry soup, which I asked to be mild - ended up being not very tasty. Butthe more I ate, the more I liked. Not what expected as could not taste coconut at all and light on curry. But to be honest,I ate it all. My husband had the Thai basil stir fry and did not love it. So, we had to search for a replacement dinner onthe way home to our hotel in a part of town that the streets roll up at 8 pm. Had a better dinner there once before. Crossingoff our list. Read more
