Best service ever. Didn't get any names but one online order told me it didn't go thru, so we reordered it after I check a few... things and come to find out that both went thru. First order was melted and I asked if it wouldn't be too much of a hassle toremake, and they remade it and refunded one. They are all so nice in there. Plus it tastes so good. Highly recommend. Please do not give this shop business - there are so many other bubble tea shops around the University that are respectful and... prioritize health. I told the staff I was unable to consume honey, and despite charging me extra, they still gave me a drinkthat contained honey and lead to me getting sick. I spent the day vomiting after only a few sips of the boba - I?m not sure ifthis treatment was due to racism or if they just always ignore the customer when you clearly state you cannot consume something(honey/dairy/whatever restrictions you might have). My medical conditions are my own, and I?m thankful I didn?t haveanaphylactic reaction but if you have any food allergies or intolerances please take your business elsewhere! Slow, communication in english was difficult, and they don't seem to know how to brew black tea- Incomprehensibly tannic and... bitter. The mango slush was good with chunks of real mango at least. Read more
So much to pick from, sadly I order the same every time. Love the taro slush with tapioca and popping mango bubbles, 70% sugar.... Safe to say this place is a favorite place for a sweet cool dessert treat, would recommend it to everyone. I have tried manyother tea shops and im always disappointed with them. Updating my review after trying basically every boba shop in Minnesota multiple times. This is my favorite Boba Shop and I'll... tell you why! (My go to: Oolong milk tea - Large - 30% Sugar - Less ice - with pearls) Drinks: I am a milk tea man. And theiroolong milk tea here is just outa this world and so consistent. ~ The oolong here is never bitter and has a delicious taste. ~the lactose free milk they use is so much better than competing boba shops who fail to get the same creaminess and consistencythroughout the drink. ~ less ice is actually less ice and they still fill the drink up ~ 30% sugar is not overbearing and allowsme to drink it happily ~ cheaper than most one off boba shops in Minnesota ~ Best boba pearls in Minnesota hands down Staff ~ Ihave never once had a rude interaction here. Everyone who works here is fast and unless they are new, quite good at their job.Now they aren't exactly the most conversationalist people, but they don't have to be. This is fast food. ~ My drink is almostalways out on time within 5 minutes which is crazy fast.
