On Saturday 10/22/22 I stopped in while on my lunch break. It was a chaotic Saturday at my job, needless to say I was mentally... fried by noon. The manager on duty, Aleena I believe she said her name is ( She has multi colored hair! Haha), was extremelyfriendly and upbeat, her positive attitude made my day. She was quick with the witty banter with a huge smile on her face, andthose two traits are phenomenal to see in the world today. Because of her, I will definitely be returning here for lunch. Food is just ok. Half the time I go here most of the employees are smoking out back in the parking lot and 1 person is inside... serving. Just love getting served be people who reek of cigarettes. Apparently non smoking means guests only. Read more
I want to start off by saying I am really disgusted by this place my daughter and I sat down to eat the cold hard rice the burnt... chicken breast and the old cabbage in the egg rolls. While we were eating my daughter spotted a bug on the table next to us Iturned to look and it was a roach!!!! Already knowing what is was I asked manger was it a roach, after she grabbed it from thetable with her cloth she gave me attitude and said I?don?t know I will find out? she went to the back and never came back totell me anything, that is sad I didn?t receive an apology a discount or anything. I just made it home an hour ago and I stillfeel sick to my stomach I just want to puke up what I ate from there. I stopped in around 5:50pm tonight, my receipt says I was rang out at 5:57. There is a girl with long blonde hair working... tonight. She does have her hair in a ponytail, but it's to the side and she has in front on her left shoulder. I watched as shekept touching her hair and then grabbed a plate to dish up an order. She did the same thing just before she dished up my plate.There was no handwashing after she touched her hair. Her hair is so long that when it's in the front, it dips into the plateshe is dishing. This is the SECOND time I have seen her at this location. She did the same thing the first time I saw herworking. Thankfully there was no hair in my dinner. BUT it's just a matter of time before her hair is in someone's food. Iknow this is a health code violation. I have worked in the restaurant industry before. If your hair is below your ears, it isto be tied BACK and kept away from food prep. Also, you are supposed to wash your hands!! I do not need a free meal or a phonecall. I just want this resolved. If I see this girl again and her hair is the same as the last 2 times, I will call the MN Depof Health and report it. Read more
I called at 7:13 pm today. (45 minutes before they close) Alina answered the phone. I asked if they had Firecracker Shrimp or if... they were out. After asking a co-worker if they had it and hearing they were out, Alina told me that if I was on my way, theycould have it ready by the time I got there. I told her I was on my way! I showed up, and it was ready. There are not a lot ofplaces that will offer to make something they?re out of 45 minutes before they close. A+ on customer service! Photo may look nice but food tasted old and all food in order window looked like it was sitting there for hours :(. Noodles had... a weird taste, cream cheese in wonton tasted bad and some of the chicken was more bread then chicken. Front counter workerlooked sad and overworked. Seen only one person cooking in background. It was busy Friday night. $14 for meal with one side,wontons and drink was not worth it. Will not be returning. Read more
