We had watched the Vikings game today 11/6/22, and their is a fun McDonald?s offer of a free Big Mac sandwich with a $1.00... order. So we each have the app w the offer on it, went inside, and the app wouldn?t work! No Wi-Fi I guess, but one of the girlsjust said ?I don?t know nothing about the app?, and the other girl rolled her eyes at me! Omgoodness, what attitude! No ice inone soda machine, barely working in the other one. Screamed out our number, bag not rolled down. So, we ordered dinner andbrought it home, only 5 min away from our house. The worst fries I have ever had, hard and very cold, sandwiches ok. Reallycrummy treatment for an $18.23 meal. Never ever go to this location! Read more
Drive thru customer, drove up to the speaker and waited for about 2 minutes, had to ask "hello?" Before anyone came to the mic.... Not sure if their speaker is working properly or not as this isn't the first time it's been dead silent when we pulled up. Gotour order, sandwiches were cold and one was missing a burger patty entirely. Called to let them know there was a mistake withour order, explained we couldn't come in right away as we were running late to previous plans, asked if they wanted to take ourname but they never did. On the plus side though, these folks make a great tasting iced coffee! Read more
This was a rather dumpy location instead of bringing you your order when it was ready they just yelled out your number. Hard to... find anyone that's spoken English Had to ask somebody to even make my order because nobody was paying attention to the cashregisters. Hello, I just experienced the rudest encounter Ive ever had at a McDonalds. I had placed a prior order on 09/19/2022 via the... mobile app. I didnt receive the correct order during this visit so I called and the manager told me to come through the drivethru and they would comp my next order. I just went through the drive thru to fulfill this comped order but the staff veryrudely yelled at me. Apparently my name wasnt put on a board so they were unwilling to help me. There were three women, one amanager, who refused to give me their names since I told them I would be filing a complaint. And this was after I witnessed oneof the male staff cuss out a customer during my prior visit on 09/19/22. This store needs to be looked into. Read more
Quick service, and very convenient. Very clean and orderly as well. There was no garbage anywhere, the tables and the floors... were very clean. The self ordering kiosks are friggin' AWESOME though! You don't have to go through the awkward part of lookingat the menu while they tap the counter, and they wait for you to tell them what you want. I wish they had these at everyMcDonald's, you just order your food, and and wait for your number to be called, and BAM, next thing you know you have yourfood, and your walking out the door, or sitting at a table already eating. I wish every McDonald's experience was like this, butas we all know, it will vary from restaurant to restaurant. Read more
This location has gone down the river... No ice in the lobby machine's... Stood at the register for about 5 mins while the... employee walked from one register to the other... Looking at me like,, she did not want to help me.... Come on,,, if you do notlike your job,,,, get a different one and do not take it out on paying customers who in all actuality fund your paycheck... Thislocation was at one time a very nice place.... I don?t recommend coming here , the black older lady with a high ponytail super rude , she told me she?ll spit in my food at... 8:45 in the morning she definitely had a attitude and all I said was ?one second?, then she replied and said?well you should ofsaid that then? really unprofessional?it?s sad to say I?ll never go back to that McDonald?s EVER AGAIN , so once I left I triedto call the McDonald?s and speak to the supervisor she kept hanging up?9 times outta ten they probably don?t wash their hands orwear gloves or clearly have proper Customer service?definitely not worth my money ever again they need better workers Read more
