Great service at this McDonald's on a Tuesday morning. Mobile ordered, sat down and someone brought the tray right to my table... along with ketchup packets for my hash browns. Super clean and new inside. Only wish there were more substantial bike racksoutside. It'd be easier to cut through the rack than my bike lock. Read more
July 2022 The restaurant is finally open for dine-in which is a game changer for people that don't own or have access to a... vehicle. This has been a problem in the city for so many years and I was so happy to be able to order food and sit down. Not beforced to eat outside in the cold. Went through the drive through, was asked if I was going to use the mobile app, I said yes and gave Him a Code for 20% off. I... ordered 2 mcchickens, a small fry and a large coke. The screen says 1 mcchicken, a small sprite and a large coke so I ask theguy to fix it and he has no idea what I'm trying to say... I finally get it fixed and pull forward to pay. I check my receiptand I don't see the 20% off anywhere so I ask at the next window if I actually received that discount or not. They get themanager up I explain I don't think I got the 20% off that I used. And she says we'll that's not my problem it's not on there...I said yes it is your problem I told them I wanted to use that discount and they wouldn't let me.. horrible customer serviceevery time I go. I went to this location today first they got my order wrong then only gave me half my food then got irritated because I wanted... the rest of my food mind you I spent $33 on my food. I get home take my food out and open the filet o fish box only to find adisgusting huge bite had been taken out of my sandwich. I love 10 minutes from this location so I called when I called the socalled manager who speaks VERY LITTLE English acted like she didn?t hear me then couldn?t understand me.
