My fiancé got some fries and a McFlurry from the Nicolette Ave McDonald?s. At the bottom of one of her fries was a dead beetle.... We both have worked food service, we know accidents happen, sometimes bugs get into food and it?s horrifying when it?sfound. What wasn?t ok was when she called back, wanting a refund on her order, whoever answered hung up as soon as she heard hersay there was a beetle in her food. She tried to call back twice and they refused to answer the phones anymore. Absolutely notok at all. Incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to just completely ignore something like that. The burger was dry and fries where definitely not fresh. The staff looked pretty traumatized and there was a tweaker saying... random things by the drive through window. A woman(possibly a manager) just walked around slowly, watching the other employeeswhile it was busy. Only one person at the register. The store was grimy and the bathroom was filthy. If I had to describe thislocation in one word it would be desolate. Rip to the employees there. Read more
Long long drive thru line. Inside there were a lot of people as well. It took about 10-15 to get my order. And the parking lot... is super small. Also they use bags for their fries instead of the traditional box-ish ones. The bags are way smaller too. Iorder 1 LG fry and 1 Med fry. Look at the picture to see what that got me. Read more
2 of 4 of us were sick a few hours after eating in between U of M appointments. The employees behind the counter have to press... a buzzer for you to go into the bathroom. Graffiti on parking stall walls. It felt sketchy going in, but it?s a McDonalds andwe were in a time crunch. All condiments were behind the counter, I?m assuming from theft protection. All employees werecourteous and helpful despite their location. Vomiting by 2 of us after eating there (no fever) or anything else. So quitesure something was not kept sanitary. Read more
The whole lobby closed and pay extra for condiments, napkins, and during there 7-7 hrs they have a giant ape like man who's very... rude and intimidating. Overall dirty, scary place. Don't ever take your kids there! It is embarrassment! And a tragic experiencefor them. Anyways, the food overall was a 5star! Staff is always really friendly and the order is always correct. But management should be reprimanded because it is always super... understaffed and therefore the line crawls with the morning breakfast rush. All to say, this is not the place to come if youonly have a minute or two for a quick drive through experience. Please allow yourself at least five to eight minutes to getthrough the line. Read more
It feels ridiculous giving a McDonald?s 4 stars, but there is a man that works at the front drive thru window, that is so... pleasant, kind and has such a giving generous spirit, that the experience is better than going to Chick-fil-A. He makes my dayevery time I go, it?s like seeing an old friend. Read more
This is the second time that I ordered deluxe crisy chicken sandwich?no tomato at all, no pickles at all. Terrible!
