They are not open until 11pm, only the drive thru is and they refuse service to anyone not inside a vehicle, even if they've... already paid for the food online. They've stolen two whole meals worth of food from me so far because I paid for the food andthey refused to give it to me. There's not even a customer service number to call. Read more
It was a very busy time when I picked up my order in early afternoon on Sunday. There was lots of pointing and asking for this... or that from customer side of counter. I commend the management and team members working there that continue to show greatcustomer service and not start yelling back or just ignoring people as thatbwojld be so easy to do. This is the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to, which says a lot. The service is awful. Food had hair in it. Staff was rude.... Most of the time they don?t even answer at the drive thru. This place is straight up disgusting. Don?t waste your money. Read more
Had to wait in line for about 15-20 min because a car in front of us was arguing with staff and staff didn't speak English very... well either. When we finally got to the window, somebody walked up and blocked the window, while staff seemed to want to visitwith this person (4 staff were by window talking to this person) they finally handed our order to this person who had walked upin the drive thru window and they turned and handed it to us. The staff didn't ever say a word to us in English just looked atus to refer to our order. Very poor customer service not to mention poor communication. I wouldn't suggest this restaurant toanyone, go elsewhere if you want food. Read more
If you're looking for the farmer, he isn't here. This is a chain, silly, and you get exactly that- chain of cars lined up so... long that they literally have parking lot security keeping things in order. We ordered through the mobile ap to avoid the drivethrough line and were disappointed that the drive through was much faster. The team made several errors on our order and weeventually had to go inside to find our order. The fries, frozen beverages and quarter pounders were on point, soothing ourhanger and possibly preventing an aggravated homicide and several really sarcastic comments. Read more
The last few times we've eaten at this McDonald's the food has been lacking. I don't normally have high expectations if I'm... eating fast food and definitely don't mind mistakes or delays with short staffing, tough working conditions, etc. I do want thefood to be somewhat fresh though. The McDouble was greasy, the McChicken was dry with a hard bun and plastic cheese like itspent all day in the warmer, and the fries were cold and stale. Wish the food was better here because it's close, the staff arefriendly, and they're open late. Maybe they'll turn it around. Read more
I have not once been there when their shake machines are working. Clearly they are poorly managed because i go there every... couple of months and they never have shakes. Their employees are friendly and kind. I like the workers there, just feel thatmanagement is probably terrible. Food is McDonald's. You don't go there for a 5 star meal, you go there half drunk at 2 am. 2stars because no shakes ever and that sucks. Read more
