Omg !!! The drinks and food were sexy as can be, wow !!! The steak casidilla was INCREDIBLE and I have absolutely no idea where... to start. Horchata was the best I’ve had. That’s saying a lot ! The foodwas well presented and tasted very good but the portion of these tacos are so small. Each taco was almost $5-$7 for a two-bitegarde manger. Even the salsa came in a small cup with loads of chips. Our stomachs were unsatisfied after the meal because wewere still quite hungry. We ordered 4 tacos, chips & salsa, and elote and the total came up to $60 (not including tips).You’re probably better off eating street tacos for 3 for $5 where you’ll actually be more full and happy. I live within a small walk from Nico's. If I was granted a hypothetical question, "if you could replace any other restaurant in... the Cities to replace Nico's in proximity to where you live, which would it be?" I wouldn't exchange Nico's with any otherrestaurant! They have great margaritas, authentic tacos, FANTASTIC salsa options, and have begun making to-go platters that areperfect for large groups! My spouse and I lunched here during restaurant week and the food, drinks, and service were excellent! It's a unique location as... it's located inside an old Victorian house. We were seated in what was likely once a livingroom, in front of a big picturewindow overlooking the columned front porch and patio dining. The music selection added to the vibe and it was an all aroundcharming spot. I'd dine here again. Read more
