Waited 20 minutes to get the most dry and bland bowl of orange chicken and rice I've ever eaten. Horrible

This location?s service was absolutely abysmal, my friends and I had placed a mobile order on National Orange Chicken Day to... avoid the lines, upon arrival we were greeted by Vanay who was very rude and dismissive, stating that ?there is no food? and theorders would not be ready for 30 minutes to an hour. Not only this but they would not cancel the order for a refund. I asked theemployee to speak to a manager to which she claimed was not in the store nor knew how to get in contact with them. I adviseanyone looking to enjoy a nice meal to avoid this location at all costs. Read more

Usually the staff here is very friendly but today I had a horrible experience. There was a minimal amount of beef and broccoli... left with barley any beef I asked if there was a fresh batch there was instead of adding the old batch to the fresh one andserving me she insisted on only using the old batch. It was very rude and shoved my food towards me instead of handing it to me.If you don?t like your job then quit but do not impose your terrible temper on students. I AM DONE eating at this establishment Read more

Not really a Chinese restaurant but still pretty good. Ate here pretty much every other day as a student living on campus. The... portions are small but the food is really worth it especially when using flexdine. Orange chicken, Beijing beef, and SweetfireChicken breast paired with their chowmein are all great. For days you feel like eating healthy, replace the chow mein withgreens. Read more

This place is really hit an miss. I never order the orange chicken from here because it never tastes like the orange chicken... from other locations, it's either bland or lacks the sweetness that it is supposed to have. I used to go here quite often andget the sweet fire chicken because it was really flavorful and was the right amount of spicy. The portions with this place isalways hit and miss too. A lot of times they give you a smaller portion than at regular Panda Expresses. This can be especiallyfrustrating when you get more of the vegetable in the entree rather than the actual meat. I kept getting more pineapple andpeppers than actual chicken in my sweet fire chicken. I only go here when I'm already at Coffman and don't feel like goingelsewhere. Read more
