Wow, love the mpls. GM Jeremy F, but the staff @ this location, 1 person In particularly, was Jack!! Went out of his way for a... doordash driver, ME! He had 1 delivery left, but I had just gotten to the store w my run. Went back to my car, realized my keyset and fob were at a gas station I'd just left, on the ground. Place is decent, pizza really depends on who makes it for you. Some employees are great and do good by following directions of... preparation, and some are just learning or don?t pay attention and had me go multiple times back from home to return a wrongfulprepared order with no consideration of compensation or an apology. Customer service here is amazing !! And I?m big on that . I walked in and the young people working here told me that Grubhub had... picked up my pizza under the name I provided but I thought that was super weird because when I placed my order online, I hadchose the option to pay and pick up in store. They all apologized for the inconvenience and offered to make my order in a timelymatter . The way they communicated as a team and approached the situation was very professional and friendly ! I was willing topay for my order but they gave it to me for free. 10/10 experience even though I had to wait a few extra minutes , I did notmind because of how they handled the situation! Worst papa John's ever, took 45 minutes to order, an hour later it never came. I live ten blocks away, after spending another 45... minutes on hold they said they messed up my address, instead of offering to make my order again I had to ask them to send itback out, they said if a driver was going my way they would send it with them and let me know. Another hour later I called backwas put on hold for another 45 minutes, finally answered and asked me if I would come pick it up instead I said no, an hourlater it came still cold 4 hours and $40 worst experience ever zero stars Read more

Ordered a pizza and was quoted 35-45, email confirmation at 6:24. Got a text that it was out for delivery at 6:59. My pizza... didn?t come until 7:52 and was room temperature. I don?t know what happened between the text and delivery but I?ll probably justorder somewhere that comes less then 3x the quoted time or is at least warm when it gets to me.
