Beware if you are vegan and/or gluten free! I like parkway?s pizza. They have a decent vegan gluten free pizza (although they... are very heavy on the olives) and I appreciate their options. The options don?t mean much though if you can?t provide them. theyhave messed up our delivery order three times either giving us regular crust or regular cheese leaving us with nothing to eat!On our latest order, we were told we?d get a refund but that didn?t happen either. We went there on a Saturday night in August. The place was not busy at all -plenty of seating. Cute atmosphere. It was COLD... inside. Bring a sweater. Pizza was good (I liked the one with tomatoes and artichokes, the southwest ranch one wasnt my fav butI'm sure some love it!, the supreme looked good (my husband had it with vegan cheese), the artichoke app was great, the Mac andcheese was gooooood!). I have to say how much I LOVE that they have a vegan cheese option. My husband never gets pizza withcheese due to a dairy intolerance (we live in a small town without those kind of options). Great neighborhood pizza joint that serves cheesy tavern style pizza with excellent and inventive fresh toppings. Great salads,... sandwiches, appetizers, and pasta for when you are feeling something other than pizza. They also serve a good variety ofSebastián Joe's ice cream. Read more
Parkway Pizza was an amazing experience for our first time! We ordered 3 different kinds of pizza and all three had fresh... ingredients and a tasty thin crust (not too thin, they load the toppings on and the crust is thin enough for crunch but sturdyenough for the toppings). Great balance paired with friendly staff and a clean restaurant. We got our pizza to go but stayed toeat Sébastien Joe's ice cream. Everyone was pleasant and they even had a family friendly movie playing (Sunday evening). Thanksfor a great experience! Read more
We love this place! Parkway is one of the best pizzas we've had and my kids love it! This is an amazing family friendly... restaurant that the kids love to visit and consistently delivers pizza on time Hoyas and delicious! If sausage and sauce make apizza great, parkway has an amazing start! They have a good selection of local beers, wine, and drinks for the kids. The waitstaff are great, kind, and surprisingly tolerant of my kids and their messes and energy! Date nights are always fun as well,making this place a great local place in NE Minneapolis to visit.
