I don't give one star reviews lightly, but I ordered a pizza from their website and for context they used doordash for delivery... instead of using delivery drivers. The delivery driver left the pizza on the step, no knock, no doorbell and i didn't find ituntil like 30 minutes later. I called the restaurant and they were very rude. The guy basically said that's not their problemand hung up on me. Well, it's not my problem that they are using door dash without saying that up front instead of delivering itthemselves. So now after sitting on hold with door dash, door dash called the store to get them to figure it out sinceapparently this store doesn't care about their customers and they didn't even pick up. I even left a 25% tip for the deliverydriver ahead of time because they usually deserve it! Door dash called multiple times and didn't get through so they passed usalong to the corporate customer service team for Pizza hut and they got us a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. I worked fordominos for a summer at a delivery driver and would've gotten fired if I pulled this. Read more

I never leave reviews but Our food came cold as ice and ordered the new pasta and never got the breadsticks that it came with.... Never got an apology or anything from the awful experience. Never getting Pizza Hut again. Read more
I typically never leave reviews. I have to share the horrible customer service I had with this Pizza Hut location though. I... placed an order for delivery from the store, the delivery tracker said it would take about 40-50 minutes. Closer to that time, Ireceived a text saying that DoorDash picked up my order from Pizza Hut because they partner together. This is fine, I have hadthis happen before and no issues. Keep in mind, the DoorDash text says ?contact the STORE with questions.? I received anothertext about 10 minutes later saying my order was delivered (we live in a secure building so they would have had to leave it onthe sidewalk outside if that was the case, and I did not get a call or anything from the DoorDasher). I went outside and checkedaround our whole building, found nothing. I called Pizza Hut, because I didn?t get a number to call DoorDash in any of thetexts. This is where the terrible customer service comes in. From the moment the man at Pizza Hut answered the phone, he wasrude and very unpleasant. I tried to explain the situation and before I could even ask if he had a contact for DoorDash he cutme off and yelled at me saying ?you call them, it?s not my problem!? And I responded by saying ?please don?t be rude, I?m askingfor some help, it said in the message to call your store? and attempted to ask if he had any contact for DoorDash. He simplydidn?t answer, and hung up on me. When I called back twice after that it rang through and he picked up my call and hung upwithout saying anything. I have always been big on customer service, and I have never had such a rude encounter in my life. They offer deliver online but then contract doordash to deliver you a cold pizza even though they charge you the delivery fee.... My receipt was stuck to the top of my pizza in the box, my pizza was shaken all over the box. Did not receive the cheese,peppers, and plates I asked for on my order. I ordered delivery at 8:25pm then 30min later I got a call from this location telling me they weren't going to do my order... because they close at 9pm. If pizza hut has a cut off for when they will stop delivering then that should be on the websitebarring people from ordering. Get Dominoes on the same block. This downtown Pizza Hut will make you wait 2 hours to deliver uncooked, uncut food. Also a... bunch of the 5 star reviews were employees (Jordan, et al) getting friends to leave reviews so their scorecard looked better.This is a 1-2 star restaurant and needs reported on Google maps. I always leave 5 stars and give tips. No amount of brownnosing or apologizing will ever make me take down this 1 star review. Fix your restaurant. Read more
