Really good experience. Did the app order. I was there while they put it together and they slipped by adding sour cream when I... didn't order any. This store has done a nice job of staying on top of updates over the past few years. The staff is friendly although it seems... like they have a fair amount of turn over. They reliably produce a quality burrito or bowl each visit. Although the parking inDinkytown can be tricky at times for people driving to this location, it is a really great location for students and a veryreasonable walking distance from campus. Read more
I am extremely impressed with the staff of this Q'Doba, namely the night manager Charlie. My order had gotten screwed up through... the Q'Doba website. There wasn't any indication whether this was user error or the website itself malfunctioning, but Charliewas willing to work with me after my order didn't come out as I intended it. Charlie remade the order without question anddidn't ask me to put another order through the website, sparing me the multiple day headache of waiting for a refund to comethrough to my account.
