The food and drinks were delicious and the service was wonderful! The only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars is because of the... repeated “reminders” of their dress code. Called to reserve I was told once, the day of the dinner I got a call and wasreminded again (even though I got a reminder text about my reservation), lastly they have a sign posted on their front door foranother dress code reminder! The steaks are great yeah thats a given. But the sweet potato casserole is the truth!! The Pecan crust is delicious and I don't... normally eat pecans. The Husband brought me here as a surprise for my birthday. The staff made the experience very special by seating us in a booth... with confetti and glitter spread at the edge of the table. The front of the house greeted us kindly and the waiter welcomed uswarmly and made conversation. We opted out of ordering carbs, because there was a whole cake waiting at home. I can see why thewaiter insisted on us to order some potatoes with our steaks, because they looked so bare. We did get asparagus and appetizers.Our steaks were the perfect portions for the night, as we had more things planned after dinner. I definitely recommend this spotfor a nice romantic date night to escape from the kids. If you have a fancy outfit hiding in the closet, then bust it out forthis place. Read more

The Filet with truffle crust add on was delicious. Mashed potatoes were a little dry. Disappointed they didnt have lobster... available. Old fashioned was okay was expecting a little more style to it , it was made different the two times I had it. Ourserver Zay was very helpful and attentive he did a great job with our party. Wonderful experience! The staff went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. My boyfriend and I came last night... to celebrate our anniversary and the staff placed cute anniversary decor on the table. The setting itself was very quiet andintimate. We ordered crab cakes which were by far the best crab cakes I’ve ever had and steaks. The steak was very deliciousand seasoned to perfection. We also had the lobster Mac and cheese as well as the sweet potatoes casserole. Everything was madeto perfection. I have no complaints at all. The portion sizes were pretty decent as well. Lastly, we ordered a few cocktailswhich were super flavorful! Excellent service overall. Ben, our waiter, was extremely friendly and personable. He was veryattentive and made sure we were content. A very good Steakhouse! Very romantic setting, reservations requires, dress code is Enforced. They have some very good... cocktails on the menu, the Blueberry Mojito is amazing. Great atmosphere for dates. My wife and I enjoyed thede·?core & lighting. It's very romantic. 2. Friendly & attentive staff. The staff were awesome. Our server was very attentiveand answered all of our questions. 3. THE FOOD! I don't know where to begin. I ordered the New York bone in ribeye. My wifeordered the fish & shrimp. We also ordered the garlic mashed potatoes and lobster mac & cheese. EVERYTHING WAS WELL PREPARED andEXCELLENT! 4. Lobster Mac & Cheese. One of the BEST I've ever tasted. Not only that, but unlike most places that skimp of thelobster and add filler, less expensive seafood to the dish, Ruth's Chris gives you an abundance of lobster with your mac &cheese. It's amazing! 5. The Steak. New York Ribeye I had was excellent. Tender, Juicy but also crispy because they sear it withbutter and it comes to your table sizzling. It was delicious. 6. The Fish & Shrimp. My wife said her platter was amazing. It wassoft and tasted like it just came out of the ocean. Really fresh seafood. 7. creme brulee Great desert. We loved every bite ofit. Try it. It's excellent. Cons: 1. The only con I can think of was we were going to use the valet service but didn't seeanyone when we pulled up to the front of the restaurant so we ended up parking on the street which is fine. Bottom line. Agreat experience. We will definitely be back and I HIGHLY recommend Ruth's Chris Steak Minneapolis.
